Although the majority of rides are provided through our fixed routes, we also operate a Dial-A-Ride System. This system enhances our ability to provide comprehensive transportation alternatives for all our residents
The Dial-A-Ride System includes programs that focus on specialized populations including elders, persons with disabilities, low-income families and individuals, as well as the visually impaired. If you are eligible for Medicaid, are aged 60+ or have a disability, you may be eligible for FREE transportation.

Elders and Disabled

Free for residents age 60 or older and/or have a disability, as described in the Federal 1991 ADA. Funds are limited, however, and eligibility must be approved by one of our partner agencies: ____ or _____. Services can include rides to: meal-sites, medical, and social or employment-related appointments.
Medicaid

Free service for all Medicaid-eligible residents of _____ who do not have access to a vehicle and need a medical transport. To be eligible, a person must be enrolled in the traditional Medicaid program or in the Primary Care Plus managed care program. Rides are typically provided by volunteer drivers or family members who qualify.
